Craft Camp for Kids

Homeschool Parent Qualifying Class

Arrow Academic Center is hosting the Able to Teach parent-qualifying class this summer.  The course is presented by Family Academy and meets Washington state requirements as a home school, parent-qualifying class.

Topics covered in the class include:
• Determining learning style
• Choosing curriculum
• Nurturing creativity and thinking skills
• Achieving math success
• Child development
• Character building
• Home and homeschool management
• And much more!

The format of this class session is a mix between live classes and online work.  Those attending this session will meet for orientation on June 25, 6:00pm – 9:00pm at Arrow Academic Center in Bothell.  The online portion of the class will commence through July and the final class will meet on July 30, 6:00pm – 9:00pm, also at Arrow.

Pre-K and Kindergarten Play Group

Now in session with limited few spaces left - a weekly small-group time to enhance development as children play, share, and grow. This class is available to all students, ages 4 – 6. New Group Piano Class for Fall

Testing – Now Scheduling for Spring

Arrow Academic Center administers the California Achievement Tests, 5th edition, designed to measure achievement in the basic skills taught in schools throughout the nation.  Subject areas measured include:

  • Reading Vocabulary
  • Language Comprehension
  • Spelling
  • Language Mechanics
  • Language Expression
  • Math Computation
  • Math Concepts and Applications
  • Study Skills
  • Science
  • Social Studies

Space is limited.  Each test consists of two morning test sessions.  Call 425-949-5414 or click here to reserve a space.  Reservations must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to selected testing date.

  • May 8 and 15, 9:00am – 12:00 noon
  • June 11 and 12, 9:00am – 12:00 noon
